• A: All artworks are carefully packaged and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Unframed originals are sent via Australia Post, while larger or framed works may be sent via Australia Post or a trusted courier service, depending on size and fragility.

    Tracking & insurance:

    • Tracking is provided for all shipments.

    • Each artwork is insured for its full value where available under the carrier's terms.

    • Signature on delivery is required for insured items valued over $500.

  • A: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the artwork type:

    • Australia (domestic): Approximately 7–21 business days, depending on whether the artwork is an unframed original ready to ship, a framed piece (which may require up to 2 weeks for framing prior to dispatch), or a made-to-order print.

    • International: Delivery times vary by destination and artwork type.

  • A: Shipping costs depend on the artwork type, size, and destination:

    • Australia (domestic): All orders include free shipping.

    • International: Costs vary by artwork size and destination. Please contact me for a quote.

  • A: Some artworks are sold unframed, and framing is available for selected works as an optional add-on at checkout. Framing is priced by artwork size. Where an artwork is sold already framed, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

    • Framed artworks arrive ready to hang with hardware.

    • Product images show digital mockups; slight variations may occur.

    Please note: If framing is included as an optional extra at checkout and you would like a frame style that isn't listed, please contact me before purchasing. Custom framing may incur additional costs and lead time.

  • A: I hope you love your new artwork and that it feels right in your space. 

    Returns / Change of Mind:

    • Please contact me within 14 days of delivery if you are genuinely unhappy with your purchase.

    • Due to the made-to-order nature of some artworks, returns or exchanges for change of mind are not available for prints or artworks that have been custom framed at checkout.

    Damage During Shipping:

    • If your artwork arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and contact me within 48 hours of delivery at: sam@samjacksoncreative.com.

    • Prints: Replaced with an identical piece.

    • Originals: Replaced with a commissioned artwork of equivalent value or refunded in accordance with applicable consumer law, as originals are one-of-a-kind.

    Refunds and Insurance:

    • Refunds or replacements are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

    • All shipments are insured where available through Australia Post or courier if applicable. Insurance claims will be handled in coordination with me. 

    EU Customers:

    • Please refer to the Returns & Refunds Policy. Under EU law, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in the policy.

  • A: Most pieces in Artworks I and Artworks II are part of my personal collection or are held privately and are not currently listed for sale. However, some works may be available.
