Shipping Policy

Thank you for purchasing artwork from my collection. Please read this policy carefully to understand how artworks are produced, packaged, and shipped, including prints, originals, and framed works.

All artworks ship from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Production & Fulfilment

All prints and framed works are professionally produced and fulfilled using archival-quality inks, papers, and gallery-quality frames. Original artworks are carefully prepared and dispatched by me.

Framed works are professionally assembled and arrive ready to hang.

Prints are made to order and require additional production time.

Custom framed artworks are professionally framed to order. Framing is priced by artwork size. Please allow up to two weeks for framing prior to dispatch. Delivery timeframes begin once the artwork has been dispatched.

Framing & Presentation

Some artworks are sold unframed, and framing is available for selected works as an optional add-on at checkout. Where an artwork is sold already framed, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

If framing is included as an optional extra at checkout and you would like a frame style that isn't listed, please contact me before purchasing. Custom framing may incur additional costs and lead time.

Frames are crafted from high-quality materials, and mat boards are archival and acid-free.

Framed artworks arrive ready to hang with appropriate hardware.

Product images are digital mockups. Slight variations in finish or timber grain may occur.

Shipping Costs & Timeframes

Domestic (Australia)

Unframed originals: shipped within seven business days of purchase.

Framed originals: allow up to an additional two weeks prior to dispatch.

Prints: made to order; allow approximately two to four weeks for production.

Tracking details are provided once your artwork has been dispatched.

Free shipping applies to all Australian orders.

International

For international shipping, please contact me at sam@samjacksoncreative.com for a quote prior to purchasing. International orders require a confirmed shipping quote prior to dispatch.

Shipping costs and delivery timeframes will vary.

International delivery costs do not include taxes, duties, or customs charges. These are the responsibility of the purchaser.

In accordance with Australian export regulations, the full value of all items must be declared. Please contact your local customs office for further guidance.

Additional shipping costs may apply to certain destinations.

Tracking is provided for all shipments.

Delivery times may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control.

Packaging & Insurance

All artworks are packed with care to ensure safe delivery. Each original artwork is individually inspected, documented, and packaged prior to dispatch.

Unframed artworks are shipped rolled in a tube or packed flat, depending on size and medium.

Framed artworks are securely packaged with protective padding.

All artworks are shipped with tracking and insured for their full value where available under the carrier’s terms, whether shipped via Australia Post or a trusted courier service. Signature on delivery is required for insured items valued over $500.

Claims & Damage

In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please refer to the Returns & Refunds Policy for instructions.

Please retain all original packaging and notify me within 48 hours of delivery if your artwork arrives damaged.

Custom framed artworks are final sale unless damaged during transit or required otherwise under applicable consumer law.

Unframed artworks are subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy.
