When I was creating Off Centre, I wanted to capture that feeling of things being largely in sync, yet slightly askew. That feeling when life is good and ticking along well, but you know it often doesn't take much for things to shift or feel a little off-kilter before they find their centre again.
Details
Medium: Fineliner, gel pen, marker, and acrylic paint on poly-cotton stretched canvas. Finished with an acid-free, matt varnish for long-term protection.
Pearlescent Detail: In the left half of the artwork, a pearlescent white paint has been used, a colour that shifts subtly with the light and is difficult to capture accurately in photographs.
Size: 46 × 52cm (depth: 4 cm)
Other Details: Signed original – comes with a certificate of authenticity.
